Warranty and Return Policy

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Motorized Precision ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Customer") of the robotic arm or related products ("Product"). This Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from the Company.

Warranty Coverage

Motorized Precision warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This Warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Product and does not extend to software, accessories, or consumable parts. MP Support software contract is separate from this hardware warranty.

Limitations of Warranty

This Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use during the Warranty Period. It does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or repairs.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or other damage that does not affect the functionality of the Product.

  • Damage resulting from the use of the Product in a manner for which it was not intended or designed.

  • Software, including but not limited to firmware or any installed programs or applications.

Covered Products

This Warranty covers the following products:

  • EVO Robotic System

  • Controller Box

  • Gripper

  • DMX Box

  • I/O (Input/Output) Hardware

  • Turntable Package

  • Camera Adaptor Plate

  • Bottom Adaptor Plate

  • Roller Cargo Case

Warranty Claims

Warranty Claims:
To make a Warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Notify the Company in writing within the Warranty Period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the defective Product to the Company’s designated service center, with shipping and insurance costs prepaid by the Customer. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipment.
     

Company’s Responsibilities:
Upon receipt of a valid Warranty claim, Motorized Precision will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective Product using new or refurbished parts.

  • Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.

  • Refund the original purchase price of the Product, subject to depreciation based on the length of use.

Exclusions and Disclaimers

  • Covered Products: This Warranty covers all products manufactured by or specifically for Motorized Precision, including the EVO robotic system and its components.

  • The Company disclaims any additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the express terms of this Warranty.

  • Motorized Precision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any Product, including third-party components.

Returns

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus shipping costs for the return.

  • If the item has been opened or used, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price will be charged, in addition to the return shipping costs.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@motorizedprecision.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review these case-by-case to find a satisfactory solution.
