Motorized Precision’s Technical Support Specialist provides product hardware and software support directly to our customers. The Technical Support Specialist is an excellent troubleshooter, both hands on and over the phone, with superior customer service skills. As Technical Support Specialist you will work with a team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative environment on projects critical to our success and continued growth.  As with all members of our team, the Technical Support Specialist displays leadership, enthusiasm, brilliance, and customer focus in everything they do.


  • First line of support for customer calls providing product installation, operation, and troubleshooting support
  • Communicate our product performance capabilities to prospective and new customers
  • Troubleshoot product hardware, software, and communication issues
  • Communicate effectively with the team, understanding when to engage other team members on a customer issue
  • Flexible work schedule, providing support for customers in different time zones
  • Support the integration, assembly, test, and shipment of new systems
  • Develop installation, operation, and support technical documentation
  • Other activities as directed by the President & CEO


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hands-on hardware integration, service, and support
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Ability to work from home or office
  • Prior cinema or robotic experience is NOT required, but is a plus
  • Experience or interest in computer programming is a plus
