Motorized Precision’s Office Coordinator assists our President & CEO by coordinating production and delivery schedules, shoot schedules, crew availability, travel, and suppliers. Tasks will also include helping on office level work and sales meetings.
As Office Coordinator you will work with a team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative environment on projects critical to our success and continued growth. As with all members of our team, the Office Coordinator is a self starter as well as displays leadership, enthusiasm, brilliance, and customer focus in everything they do.


  • Coordinate resources, including in-house employees, subcontractors, and suppliers for the timely and effective delivery of products and services
  • Coordinate travel for staff, including airfare, car rentals, and living accommodations
  • Review and process expense reports and invoices
  • Track project calendars and events for accurate and timely preparation
  • Handle new tasks with a calm and professional up beat attitude
  • Manage the maintenance, preparation, and delivery of purchase orders
  • Prepare accurate bills of lading
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to assure timely pickup and delivery of accurate shipments
  • Review shipment contents prior to releasing from our facility
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel
  • Ensure quality of services and processes
  • Other activities as directed by the President & CEO


  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Passion to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change
